California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA) Opt-Out Request

The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) provides California residents with specific rights regarding their personal information. This section describes your CCPA rights and explains how to exercise those rights.

Access to Specific Information, Data Portability and Opt-Out from the Sale of Your Personal Information

You have the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your personal information over the past 12 months. You may request, up to two times each year, that we disclose to you the categories and specific pieces of personal information that we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which your personal information is collected, the business or commercial purpose for collecting your personal information, the categories of personal information that we disclosed for a business purpose, any categories of personal information that we sold about you, the categories of third parties with whom we have shared your personal information, and the business of commercial purpose for selling your personal information, if applicable.

By contacting us, you certify that you or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable California resident user request related to your personal information. You may only make a verifiable California resident user request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period.

Further information may be required for verification. We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm that the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable California resident user request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable California resident user request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.

A member of our compliance team at eHomeMedia LLC will review your request and search our database for any personal information that may be held about you. We will use the contact information you provide to verify if your data exists in our database. You will receive an email response from a member of our compliance team within 45 days of your submission date.

TrustedForm

We use ActiveProspect’s TrustedForm Script to independently document users’ consent to be contacted. The TrustedForm Script is embedded on our website and collects the following information when you interact with the page(s) where the script is present: page URL, mouse movements and clicks, contact information inputted by the user, a snapshot of the page, including IP address of the user’s computer, time on the page, date and time that the TrustedForm Script was loaded, as well as the date and time of the various user interactions with the page, and HTTP headers from the user’s browser.
